Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
Shipping and packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents on the outside, for your privacy. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Because these are single-use medical/health test products, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a kit has left our facility, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in which case please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
