Straightforward answers to the questions we get asked most, in plain language.
How accurate are these test kits?
Very. Our kits use the same core testing technology used in clinics and labs. Independent studies show 99%+ accuracy when used correctly and within the right time window after a possible exposure. Like any screening test, a reactive (positive) result needs to be confirmed by a healthcare provider — it isn't a final diagnosis on its own.
Will my order be discreet?
Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the product, brand, or Jaga Diri on the outside. Nobody handling your parcel will know what's inside.
How soon after a possible exposure should I test?
This depends on the test type. 3rd generation (antibody-only) tests are most reliable from around 3 months after exposure. 4th generation (antigen/antibody combo) tests can detect infection earlier, generally from 18–45 days after exposure. Testing too early, during the "window period", can give a false negative even if you've been infected — if in doubt, test again later.
How do I use a self-test kit?
Every kit comes with clear step-by-step instructions in the box. In general: collect your sample (blood, saliva, or swab depending on the kit), apply it as directed, and wait the specified time before reading your result. Following the instructions exactly — especially timing and sample amount — is the biggest factor in getting an accurate result.
What does a "reactive" or positive result mean?
A reactive result means the test has detected something that needs to be confirmed with follow-up testing at a clinic or healthcare provider, which uses more specific laboratory methods to give you a definitive answer. It is not a diagnosis by itself. Please don't panic — follow up with a healthcare professional as your next step.
Is it legal to buy and use self-test kits in Malaysia?
Yes. Purchasing self-test kits for personal use is legal in Malaysia. We operate as a registered business (see our Business Registration page in the footer for details) and only sell kits intended for personal, at-home use.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We only collect what's needed to process and deliver your order, and we never share your details for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
