What we collect
To process and deliver your order we collect: your name, delivery address, contact number, email, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers). We also record which product(s) you purchased.
Sensitive data
Because our products relate to health screening, we treat all order information as sensitive personal data under the PDPA. We do not collect or store your test results — these self-test kits are read privately by you at home and are never reported back to us.
Discreet handling
All orders are packed and labelled with no product names, logos, or descriptions visible on the outside of the parcel. Internally, access to order details is restricted to staff who need it to fulfil your order.
Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data with our courier/logistics partners (for delivery) and payment processor (for payment), each of whom is contractually required to protect your data.
Data retention
We retain order data for as long as required under Malaysian tax and pharmaceutical record-keeping regulations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
