Eligibility for Returns Due to the nature of our products (medical self-test kits), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at asiawellnessenterprise@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
